Raised Funds 70%

At Hope Global Outreach, we believe in transforming lives through community-driven initiatives.

This year, we’re excited to launch our ‘Annual Upcycling Donation Run’ – a unique fundraiser that brings hope to underprivileged kids and warmth to those in need.

Here’s how it works: For every plush blanket sold by our dedicated youth club, your business matches the sale by donating a poncho, providing essential warmth during winter.

Each poncho costs only $5, and your business can set a maximum donation limit. Plus, we’ll proudly print your logo on the blankets and present you with a plaque as our heartfelt thanks.

Join us and make a meaningful impact. Support the ‘Annual Upcycling Donation Run’ and show your community you care.

Our main goals

Our goal for this initiative is to inspire young students to achieve their fundraising dreams while providing essential support to those in need. By partnering with local businesses, we aim to amplify the impact of every sale made by these students, creating a ripple effect of generosity and encouragement throughout the community.

FAQ

"How can these ponchos be priced so affordably?"

These ponchos are upcycled products made from high-quality blankets that originally had minor printing issues, such as design errors, misprints, or color mismatches. While the original prints made them unsuitable for retail, the blankets themselves are in excellent condition. To repurpose them, we print our event designs on the reverse side, giving them a fresh look and a new purpose.

"Are there any issues with the blankets?"

No, the blankets are brand new, never used, and in perfect physical condition. They are high-quality blankets that would typically retail for $20 to $50, ensuring both comfort and durability.

"Is there a minimum or maximum amount I need to commit to?"

No, as a business partner, you are free to pledge any amount that aligns with your comfort and capacity. There are no strict minimum or maximum requirements.

"How will my business be recognized for participating?"

Your business logo will be prominently printed on the blankets as a symbol of your support. Additionally, you will receive a personalized plaque as a token of our gratitude, and your participation will be highlighted in our promotional materials and community outreach.

"How does the matching process work?"

For every blanket sold by the youth club, your business matches with a donation of one poncho. You’ll only be billed for the ponchos donated, which cost $5 each, up to the maximum amount you’ve pledged.

"Can multiple businesses participate?"

Yes, multiple businesses can join the program. Each business commits to its own 1-to-1 match, so if three businesses participate, one blanket sale triggers three poncho donations.

"Who receives the donated ponchos?"

The donated ponchos will be distributed to homeless individuals and other community members in need during the cold winter months, ensuring they provide warmth and comfort where it’s most needed.

"Is my contribution tax-deductible?"

Yes, your contribution is likely tax-deductible. We can provide the necessary documentation to support your claim, but we recommend consulting with your tax advisor for specific details.

"What happens if the youth club doesn’t reach its sales goal?"

Your business will only be responsible for matching the actual number of blankets sold, so you won’t be overcommitted. Any amount of support will still make a significant impact!
